The focus of this website is to share ideas and information which may assist instructors, instructional designers and others involved in adult education endeavours in their ongoing professional development.

In April of 1998, a talented group of instructors suggested that I embark upon this website adventure as a way of keeping in touch with people after workshops were over and consultation projects had ended. At that point, I knew very little about websites. Luckily for me, I have had much help along the way and I am definitely looking forward to more assistance as we go along!

Because of my other work commitments, my plan is to update the website approximately twice per year. I very much welcome any suggestions and ideas you may have and look forward to working with you in this new way.
